If for any reason you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase/service, we are be happy to refund your item/s as long as the item/s are unused or unworn and are returned in the original packaging within 30 days of dispatch at your own expense. An Exchange may be done at any of the Secur in South Africa. All returns that are to be refunded are to be sent directly to our Head Office at your own expense.

Can I return an item for a cash refund?

We do not offer cash refunds. Purchases made by credit card or EFT can be refunded using the same method in which the purchase was made.

How long does it take to get a refund

Refunds take between 24 – 72 Hours, largely due to the fact that VAT and other taxes have to be redeclared with SARS.
